A design is very important and often not given proper consideration during an implementation. However this may adversely impact the stability, reliability and resiliency of the system in question. Design work requires in depth experience in the product and must be done in advance.

your company. We don't over design or attempt to apply a generic design
template. After in depth discussions about requirements with both management and
IT staff we will provide recommendations regarding the setup and guidance to
ensure all goals are met.
Performing a health check on your existing systems is also a good idea to
ensure the implementation goes smoothly. As most Microsoft products now rely on
Active Directory, it is important to ensure it is healthy. If Active Directory
is not healthy then all applications that rely on it will not be healthy either.
