What we collect
Information you choose to give us. When you contact us, book a discovery call, or request a cybersecurity assessment, you may provide your name, company, email address, and phone number. We use it to respond to you and to provide the services you asked about, and for nothing else.
Chat conversations. Our website chat is provided by a third party messaging service. Messages you send through the chat, and any contact details you share in them, are used to respond to your inquiry.
Technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this in aggregate to keep the site secure and to understand how it's used so we can improve it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes. Essential operation, meaning things the site needs to function, including remembering your cookie preference itself. And functionality, such as the chat widget that lets you message us. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run ad tracking, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. You can accept or decline non essential cookies using the banner on your first visit, and you can clear your choice at any time through your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to your inquiries, deliver and improve our services, maintain the security of our website and systems, and meet legal requirements. We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
